Updates..
It’s likely that updates are going to be few and far between for a while, but it’s for a good reason. I’m in the process of buying my first house, and my head is all over the place trying to sort out the mortgage, surveyors, and solicitor fees! But today I found out the the vendors have agreed to my offer on their house! Woo hoo! So sorry for the lack of updates, but I hope you’ll all understand.

Don’t worry about us, your personal priorities are much more important than updating this ‘blog. I remember my first house, a great experience and a LOT to learn.
