Here’s what Russell had to say about the image:
Let’s see, it was a modified 120N from Holgamods on f11 and bulb mode. Agfa RSXII 200 slide film cross processed in C-41. It was about a five minute intermittent exposure- I closed the shutter whenever the bus stopped and the big light came on.
