Holga 120FN with Ilford Delta 100, using the bulb mode and multiple flashes
I used a Holga 120FN, on bulb setting with flash (or multiple flashes) set off. Its a common hand-held technique where a long exposure and at least two angle-shifts are implemented during exposure (or I’ll keep the camera steady enough to let an exposure burn through or accented with use of flash, then twitch or swing the camera with shutter still open to grab a bit of halo).
Film is Ilford Delta 100 ASA. Some adjustments in Photoshop (contrast, slight tint, etc).
Skulls are Hallowe’en ornaments a couple of inches tall, from a seasonal window display in a boutique.
